Kutsu Point is the high point of its own ridge. Forty acres of pine and granite that end where the view begins, marked by a sign the family carved themselves. This is the whole of it, and for your week it is entirely yours.

The signature
One dome, and no one wants to leave it.
A thousand square feet of enclosed pavilion under a glass geodesic roof: pool table, ping pong, and a basketball arcade game. It is why the kids disappear for hours, and why the grown-ups follow them in.
The heart of the house
Two kitchens, two living rooms, endless corners.
Cook two dinners at once or one very big one. A chef's range, double ovens, deep couches, and long tables mean sixteen people can be together, or find a quiet corner, without ever feeling on top of each other.
Outside
Grill with a view, hot tub at dusk, fire pit after dark.
An outdoor kitchen that looks straight at the mountains, wraparound patios, a hot tub, a fire pit, and forty private acres of ponderosa pine. The land is yours for the week, marked trails and all.

Where everyone sleeps
Six bedrooms, two levels, a bed for all sixteen.
Eleven beds across six bedrooms: three kings, two queens, twin-over-twin and full-over-full bunks, a twin nook, and a pull-out sofa. Here is exactly where each falls.
The heart of the house: the great room, the chef's kitchen and dining, and the main level primary suite, with the wraparound patio just outside.

18'6" x 16'9"King bed, a private balcony over the ridge, and a spa-style ensuite bath with laundry.
Dome-access bedroom
13'10" x 17'0"King bed, at the quiet end of the main level, with the private stair up into the geodesic dome.
