Inside the geodesic dome: ping pong, a basketball arcade game, and a glass roof open to the Colorado sky

The signature

One dome, and no one wants to leave it.

A thousand square feet of enclosed pavilion: pool table, ping pong, a basketball arcade game, and room to sprawl when the weather turns. It is why the kids disappear for hours, and why the grown-ups follow them in.

Step into the dome

The place you finally get everyone together.

Kutsu Point was made for the reunions and the birthdays, the weddings and the years you finally get everyone in the same place. Eleven beds across six rooms. Two full kitchens, so no one waits to cook. Long tables, deep couches, and forty acres that belong, for the week, only to you.

  • Three king bedrooms
  • The bunk room: a queen, a twin-over-twin bunk, and a full-over-full bunk
  • A queen bedroom beside the lower living room
  • The Nook: a twin, plus a pull-out sofa and extra mattresses

For big groups

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.
We did a birthday trip with 15 friends to Kutsu Point and had an AMAZING time! The property is stunning and the space had every amenity we could have wanted. The photos don't do this place justice.

A Colorado home base

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.
There is nothing better than waking up to a beautiful vista view every morning! This is certainly one of the most breathtaking views I've gotten from a vacation home. The house is perfect for staying in and using it as a home base to explore so much of Colorado. The house also comes with 40 acres of forested trails to explore.

Guests come back

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.
It's not often the house blows away the pictures, but this one did. The location is incredible, so peaceful and quiet. We do this every year, and the consensus from the group was this place was the favorite.

Stunning in person

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.
What a magical place. The mountain retreat was even more stunning in person, spacious, impeccably clean, and perfectly appointed for our group. Waking up to those ridge-top views and ending the night in the hot tub under the stars was incredible. The host's thoughtful touches and easy communication made check-in a breeze. We can't wait to come back!

The greenhouse at Kutsu Point made our daughter's wedding dreams come true. There were activities for everyone! We really had no need to leave because everything we needed was right there.

Understated luxury

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.
This property is truly exceptional, a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and understated luxury. Morning coffee in the hot tub, unwinding in the steam shower, and cooking in the stunning kitchen made the experience unforgettable. And the greenhouse, absolutely incredible, I spent hours there meditating and dancing. I've returned multiple times, and it never disappoints. A true must-stay.

An outdoorsman's dream, in the heart of the Colorado Rockies.

Forty private acres above Florissant, minutes from the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center and a short drive from Cripple Creek, Mueller State Park, the Florissant Fossil Beds, and Pikes Peak. Far enough for real quiet, close enough for a full day out and back by the fire.

The questions groups ask first.

Straight answers on space, dates, pets, and the drive. Still deciding? Send your dates and we will reply within a day, usually sooner.

How many people can Kutsu Point sleep?
Sixteen guests across six bedrooms: three kings, two queens, and a bunk room with twin and full bunks, plus a pull-out sofa and extra mattresses for the little ones.
Is it a good fit for a family reunion or large group?
That is exactly who it was built for. Two full kitchens, two living areas, long tables, forty private acres, and a thousand-square-foot dome mean sixteen people can gather without tripping over each other.
Can we host a wedding or event here?
Yes. The geodesic dome and the ridge have hosted weddings and celebrations here. Events are welcome with advance arrangement so we can plan capacity and timing with you directly.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome. With forty private acres and no close neighbors, it is one of the most dog-friendly places your group will find in the mountains.
How far is it from the airport?
About 1 hour (45 miles) from Colorado Springs (COS), and roughly 2 hours (120 miles) from Denver (DEN). The last stretch is a mountain road, beautiful and worth it.
Where is the nearest town for groceries?
Divide is about 10 minutes away and Woodland Park about 20, both with grocery stores, restaurants, and supplies. Most groups do one big shop on the way up.
